ZipTrak® blinds are a sophisticated outdoor blind system designed and engineered in Australia and custom manufactured in New Zealand. The system has been rigorously tested to suit New Zealand’s harsh weather conditions and are a perfect way to create additional outdoor living spaces that can be weatherproof (dependent on fabric selected) because the fabric slides inside vertical tracks to ensure that there are no gaps at the sides. For a complete weathertight solution, a pelmet or a partial flashing can be installed. ZipTrak® blinds are custom-made using clear, tinted or non-transparent PVC, mesh or acrylic canvas and can provide energy efficiency benefits and protection from UV, rain and wind. They are easy to operate either manually using a removable crank handle or can be automated, with the blinds sliding up or down the tracks. They can be left at any height meaning no unsightly gaps, hooks or ropes.
